Casa Cascada welcomes you with a spacious modern 6 bedroom 7 bath estate combining indoor and outdoor living with the ability to accommodate up to 14 people. Casa Cascada is located in the gated Hacienda de Mita neighborhood. It is centrally located to all the amenities of the Premier Punta Mita community with walking access to town and a variety of delightful restaurants. 

 

The house comes with full-time staff ready to take care of every detail of your visit from exceptional breakfasts and lunches, daily cleaning, laundry, and concierge services to help plan any detail of your visit. Catered dinners at the house, reservations in town, massages, transportation, and/or anything else you can dream up! The Casa Cascada staff is eager to accommodate every need to ensure your visit is executed with perfection.

We visited in June for Father's Day weekend. Casa Cascada proved to be a refuge for fun and relaxation. After zoning out and raking the zen garden, the living room and pool area provided the perfect space for gathering with friends (or family), and when needed it was easy to retreat to the privacy of the bedrooms. Even in the heat of the day the house and the pool offer a place to cool down and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, in fact the pool was so amazing it was hard to leave. The staff was incredible, still not sure I've had a breakfast as good. And if you go fishing and have some luck, bring it to Cascada and the staff will make sashimi and ceviche that is unmatched. Can't wait to return.

We had a vacation of a lifetime here this past June at Casa Casada! Warm outside, cool inside, delicious food and beverages… the list goes on. If you’re looking for a place where you have your own incredible oasis to retire to in the evening, but want to be social all day long, this is for you! The spacious living provides so much to be desired. The indoor/outdoor options, the pool, the kitchen, the decor, the bedding, the location, the services one gets at Casa Casada will indulge you in whatever you need, whether that’s relaxation or gathering with family and friends to experience some fun! Oh and the fishing in Punta Mita is also just too good!

Casa Cascada is vacation perfection! If you are looking for an incredible vacation then this is the place. We stayed at Casa Cascada for 5 days in June with a group of 6 couples. The house is absolutely amazing and the 6 rooms are beautifully decorated. The house layout offers privacy as well as wonderful gathering areas.  The staff was so welcoming and made sure our stay was perfect. The locations is great as well. The town of Punta Mita is just a short walk away as well as the tennis and pickleball courts. All beach clubs are a short golf cart ride away. We stayed at Casa Cascada in the middle of June and while it was hot, the private pool out back was the perfect escape from the heat. We can’t wait to visit Casa Cascada again!

Location, location, location! Casa Cascada is walking distance to town, and a fun and easy golf cart ride to the beach clubs. With the support of concierge JJ and house manager Fernando and all the staff, we settled in for the most rejuvenating week in this amazing, relaxing home.

Wow! What an experience! Casa Cascada was one of the most stunning properties I have stayed in! From the welcoming staff to the beautiful furnishings and finishes…. Bonnie, the house cook and hostess was so accommodating and made wonderful breakfasts and snacks for us! The house layout is so perfect, offering privacy as well as gathering areas! This property is a complete package! Our group (9 well-traveled ladies) was blown away! We loved spending time in the private pool and loved that we could easily get to town and shopping and restaurants! Everything you need in Punta Mita is a golf cart ride away! We will definitely be back!

We had the most amazing stay at Casa Cascada! The home was perfectly equipped to accommodate our group of 8 women visiting Punta Mita for a birthday celebration. Each room has its own ensuite and is beautifully decorated. The pool and grounds are impeccable. There's even a rooftop bar perfect for an afternoon drink. The town and beach is a quick 5 minute walk away. So many great restaurants and shops to wander into. The house also allows access to the beach clubs in Punta Mita. My favorite was El Surf Club. Delicious food and epic sunset view. We will definitely visit again!

This house is heaven on earth! We spent a long weekend at Casa Cascada and it felt more like a week. Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely Bonnie and the rest of the hospitality staff. Snacks and beverages were in beautifully presented and abundant! Every detail was thought of, every meal was delicious. The house and the grounds are absolutely incredible...we will never be able to go anywhere else in Mexico ever again!
